We perform hydrostatic and pressure tightness tests of tanks, boilers, pipelines and other systems.

We specialize in supply, assembly, commissioning and supervision of temporary systems for filling, heating and performing pressure tests of the following systems::

feed water tanks, demineralized water tanks, neutralization tanks, feed water pipelines, high pressure steam pipelines and large industrial boilers.

Using high pressure pump sets with accompanying equipment, we perform pressure and hydrostatic tightness tests of large-capacity tanks and large-diameter pipelines. We also execute vacuum tests using vacuum pumps and calibrated measuring systems. All our tests are performed using calibrated measuring and data log recording devices, certified by PCA. Basing on the best engineering knowledge available, we provide innovative systems for technical parameters remote monitoring, along with data log registration and analysis.

HYDROSTATIC TESTS OF LARGE TANKS UP TO 1100.000 m³

with high capacity pumps and large diameter accessories such as shut-off valves, flow meters, temporary pipelines and hoses, pressure and temperature transducers, electrical switchboards, cables and inverters.

WATER PRESSURE TESTING UP TO 1600 BAR.

For large-capacity systems, such as supercritical steam generators and high operating pressure pipelines. Performed with plunger pumps with accessories and high pressure valves.

OIL TIGHTNESS TESTS

For pipelines, fittings and hoses up to 100 bar, performed using high-pressure pumps, valves, flow meters, pressure and temperature transducers, all approved for Ex Zones.

GAS TIGHTNESS TESTS WITH UP TO 150 BAR

For pipelines and tanks, performed with air, nitrogen or helium, high-class compressors, dryers, nitrogen generators and devices for parameters monitoring and recording.

VACUUM TESTS

Performed with vacuum pumps and calibrated measuring systems.
