COMPLEMENTARY SERVICES

We offer an innovative system of elastomeric (polyurethane) spray-on coatings for maximum protection of metal surfaces of pumps, rotors, housings, pipelines, filters and valves. Elastomer coatings provide full protection against erosion, corrosion, cavitation and wear. This system allows to protect and extend life of new surfaces or to reconstruct worn and damaged surfaces.

We perform pigging processes for drainage, condensate removal, medium separation or cleaning. We offer separating and cleaning pigs in diameters from DN 50 to DN 1200.

We provide temporary storage tanks for various types of liquids, together with liquid transfer service or tank selection and rental. Available tanks: FrakTank-semitrailers of 73m3, pillow tanks up to 200m3, steel container tanks up to 55m3, steel double bounded fuel tanks from 1 to 80m3 and modular tanks with capacity up to 6.500m3. All the tanks are equipped with manifolds and accompanying fittings.

We offer hydrodynamic (high pressure) cleaning services of tanks, pipelines and heat exchangers. Our fleet includes high pressure pumps up to 2500 bar with up to 450 l/min capacity, together with accessories for high pressure cleaning operations.

We perform welding works using the following techniques: TIG and MIG, coated electrode, gas and plasma. We also perform gas cutting services, metal processing, turning, milling and grinding. Our equipment for pipes cutting and chamfering is appropriate for pipes with diameter up to DN1200.
